Over the next couple of weeks, I'd like you to complete this thoughts and feelings pack to prepare for our return to school (whenever this might be). You should consider how you are feeling and also the different strategies advised to regulate your emotions. Also, start to explore your feelings towards a return to school. Please carefully consider what you'd like to write on your 'things I'd like to tell my teacher' sheet as I'd like you to bring these in when we do eventually return.
