Term 3, Week 1 (5th - 8th January)
Hello my wonderful Red Class,
Happy New Year and I hope you all had a wonderful Christmas break with your families. Thank you again for all of your lovely cards and gifts. Mrs Nock, Mrs Thomson and I really appreciated your kindness and generosity.
Welcome to Term 3 - I'd love to be saying "Welcome back to school!" but you are going to be learning at home again for a while to try to help stop this horrible virus from spreading and to keep everyone safe. Let's keep our finger crossed that we will all be back together in no time at all.
Term 3 is a little different to usual as we don't yet have a new topic. We will be spending another few weeks on the Egyptians still before focussing on the River Nile, and rivers in general.
This time around the Remote Learning page is split into daily folders, and within those folders you will find tasks for each day. I have also uploaded a recommended timetable for the week mimicking what we usually do in school which you may choose to follow. Each week, I will ask that you (or your parents) submit tasks to me by email (This week, it is your Howard Carter diary entries from Friday) then I can provide you with some feedback!
I have also created some extension challenges which you can complete if you are speeding through our learning.
If you have any questions or need any help at all, please contact me via email at firstname.lastname@example.org and I'll get back to you as quickly as I possibly can.
I am missing you all already and cannot wait until we are all back together in our usual routine. But until then, please keep yourselves safe and remember I am always here if you need me
Miss Constantine xx
