Well done to all of you who have been keeping up with the 2021- The year we run program.
I have attached below weeks 5 and 6 of this program. Please remember you don't have to move up to this straight away - you can keep doing any of the weeks until you feel ready to move on!
I would like you to pick either routine A or B of the yoga to do this week, or you may like to mix them up and choose movements from each.
After half term I will be adding a new routine which I will be showing you on a video.
Keep sending any photographs of yourself being active so I can add them to the gallery.
