Reading Comprehension
Next term, our new topic is called 'Hot, Hot, Hot!' and we will be learning all about deserts (I love this topic!). Therefore, I have given you a reading comprehension all about camels. There is a pdf below with 3 ability levels.
Please do remember to keep up with your daily reading too!
Writing
This week, you have a fairly straightforward writing task - to write a Recount. A recount is when you write your news about something that you have done. You could also turn your recount into a daily diary if you want to!
Grammar / Punctuation
This week, we are going to use commas within a list. I would also like you to try to include a list within your Recount Writing, for example: Yesterday for lunch I had some pitta bread, hummus, cucumber and chicken.
