Can you re-tell the story of Dinosaurs and all that rubbish to a grown up or your brother/sister? What has happened so far?

Today's Lesson Focus:

For today’s learning we are using adjectives to describe a setting. Remember that adjectives are describing words.

Look at these two pictures…

Your Task:

Can you think of examples of adjectives to describe each landscape? For example, how it might smell, how it might look, how it feels. Label these pictures with your ideas. You could use sticky notes to label the pictures if you have some to hand.

Below is a selection of vocabulary. Can you add the following adjectives and their antonyms (opposite meanings) to the correct picture?

cold, warm, dark, light, nasty, pleasant, stinky, sweet, messy, tidy, ugly, pretty, dirty, clean, bad, good
