Yesterday, you chose a US landmark to learn more about and now you are going to try to encourage others that they MUST visit! Think about the persuasive techniques - AFOREST - that we have used in our writing before. We use these techniques to grab our reader’s attention, hook them in and get them very interested in what we have to say.
You can present your advert in a variety of ways - a written script for a television/radio advert, a written leaflet/poster or you could audio or video record yourself. Whichever way you choose to present your advert, I’d like you to send it to me by Monday 1st March for feedback on that day.
