Today, we are going to interpret data from existing charts and tables. The RSPB have been collecting all sorts of data about birds - where they are most commonly spotted, how many there are, population trends etc. - for years and years and they have created some graphs and charts that we can look at and retrieve data from. Retrieving data from a graph is much like retrieving data from a text during a Reading Comprehension lesson.
You have a choice of activities today. You could choose to interpret data from a pictogram or a line graph - or both. Please be aware that the line graph work is quite tricky.
