This week we are going to continue thinking about how we can be healthy. See how many star jumps (or your chosen activity) you can do in a row. Is it less, the same or more than last week? Keep practising when you can!
Today we are going to think a bit about healthy foods. Have a look at the food and plates in the document below. The plates say, ‘I should eat a lot of these foods!’, ‘I should eat these foods sometimes!’ and ‘I should only eat a little bit of these foods!’. Can you sort the foods onto the three different plates? Can you think of any more foods that you could put on the different plates?
