For PE this week, I thought we could each do our own personal challenge.
I'd like you to do a 500m walk or run, with someone you live with, and record how long it takes you. Do this each day if you can, over the next two weeks, and see if you can improve your time.
At first you may not be able to run the whole way, but by the end maybe you can.
What do you notice about your breathing?
Can you feel your heartbeat when you finish your run?
You could try looking in the mirror before you start and as soon as you finish to help you answer these questions and see if you can notice anything else different from when you aren't doing exercise.
