Letters & Sounds
Miss F's Phonics Group:
Today we are going to revisit the qu digraph we were learning about on Friday. We are going to make a pairs game that you will be able to play with your grown-up.
Write each word two times on individual small pieces of paper:
quit, quiz, quack and quick
Please see the photos below. Now turn all the pieces of paper face down and take it in turns to turn over two words. Sound them out and work out if they are a match. If they're not, turn them back face down for the next person to have a turn. If they are a match, that player keeps those words. The player with the most words at the end is the winner. Good luck children!
