Our KS2 Orchestra played for family and friends at the Alexander Centre in a magical showcase. It was amazing to see how our children have progressed and developed as musicians and the skills they have learnt.

Ethelbert Road celebrates the power of intergenerational relationships by visiting the residents of Canterbury Care Home. Our Year 6 students, our Orchestra and our choir visited the residents throughout the year. It was lovely to see the amazing outcomes that are achieved, when people of all ages come together to form vital and lasting connections. Ethelbert Road aims to find creative and effective ways to connect generations, and help make the world a better place for everyone, regardless of age.
The Ethelbert Strings played at Canterbury House this afternoon. Everyone had a great time and the music played created happy memories for the residents. We are so proud of our children. A big thank you to Jo Saul and Mrs Jago who took the children to this wonderful community visit.

Year 2 Music Showcase
Our Year 1 children enjoyed taking part in their first violin concert with Jo. They all did an amazing job! We can’t wait to see them progress.
A huge well done to our Year 4, 5 and 6 children who played magnificently in our end of year Musial Celebration at the Alexander Centre. They were absolutely fantastic and have developed so much due to their amazing music teacher Jo Saul. Jo has taught so many Ethelbert children and given them confidence and a joy of playing and performing. Thank you Jo for your commitment, talent and enthusiasm 💜💛
