Over the last few weeks you have been practising different fitness exercises.
Can you remember all of the different exercises we have done?
This week I would like you to think about starting to make up a circuit.
You might like to start by choosing which ones you like the most and practising them again. You will need to think about how long your whole circuit should be and also how long each exercise should be.
You may be able to job on the spot easily for 2 minutes! But, if you are also doing 5 more exercises, you would be very tired at the end.
We can spend a couple of weeks doing this, so take your time this week and have some fun!
