Ethelbert Road is a one-form entry primary school. Our Published Admission Number (PAN) is 30, which means we have 30 places overall in our Reception class. As a local authority school we follow the DFE School Admissions Code and the Kent County Council Admissions Arrangements to ensure that school admissions are managed in a transparent and equitable way.
All applications for a Reception Class place must be made to the local authority. Applications for a place should be made between November and January for the following September. More information about applying for a school place can be found following the link below.

In Year Admissions
If your child is already at primary school and you wish to move them to Ethelbert Road you need to apply for an in-year admission place. You are more than welcome to ring us to arrange a visit and if you decide you would like a place in a year group for your child, you will need to complete the In-Year application form and return it to us.
There is no guarantee that we will be able to offer your child a place. Please note, you should not remove your child from their current school before you have an offer of a place at another school.
