Children's Mental Health Week 2021: Express Yourself
This week is Children`s Mental Health Week and it is about embracing self-expression. Self-expression is about communicating your individuality. This can be through words, clothing, hairstyle, drawing, music or dance. Expressing yourself can help you show case your true self - your story, your thoughts, feelings and emotions.
If you look in our class gallery we have added a new tab entitled Children`s Mental Health Week and we have put photos of us in there doing things that make us happy. We would LOVE you all to send us a photo of your child doing something that makes them happy this week. This could a photo of them watching their favourite TV show, riding their scooter, dressing up, playing Lego, baking cupcakes, anything at all that makes them happy. Let`s fill our Children`s Mental Health Week gallery with positive happy photographs during these uncertain times. Thank you so much for your support with this.
Have a look on the MHWB page under the parents tab. There is a wonderful video of Ethelbert pupils showing us how to be strong and happy individuals and that together we thrive.
