This week we have an exciting competition to take part in. ( You do not have to do it but it would be great if as many of you could take part as possible.)
The School Sports Partnership are running a cross country event and have created a course at Faversham Rec for children to do with family or a friend.
If you would like to take part please see the attached form which explains the route. You will need to time your self doing the route. Then, bring in your time on your return to school on the 8th March where we can record all our times and send them in.
You can do this run as often as you like but only bring in your fastest time.
If you do not wish to do this then please continue with our running program from last week.
Yoga and relaxation
Please can you do the yoga session from last week. I have also included below a video showing you different ways that breathing can help you with anxiety. Have a go at them and see if any of them help!
