Pictograms - Scaled in increments of 2, 5 and 10
Today, we are learning about pictograms where each picture represents 2 objects. Have a look at this - what do you notice?
This is quite tricky, because each circle represents 2 children. So, we can count up in twos, but what about the semi-circle? Well, that is half of 2 so it must represent 1.
Task 1

Task 2
Use the data which you collected last Monday about transport to complete a scaled pictogram where the scale goes up in twos. I would really like you to have a go at drawing out your own pictogram using a ruler.
