When I need to feel positive, I sit and think about all the little things in my life that make me happy and then I feel much better. One of my favourite books to read is Winnie The Pooh. He is such a wise bear!
Why not spend the afternoon colouring in one of his favourite quotes and mine:
"Sometimes the smallest things take up the most room in your heart."
Whilst you are colouring, why not think about the little things that make you happy. For example, a hug from a loved one, a forest walk, a trip to the seaside, a kind word, a mug of hot chocolate, your favourite film, your favourite book, your teddy.
Perhaps you could colour in your sheet using the colours of the rainbow.
If it is not possible to print this page out, you could draw a picture of a big heart and colour each section of it with things that make you feel happy and grateful.
