  Last week Blue Class made salt dough ornaments to sell at the school Christmas fair. If you would like to make some salt dough ornaments the recipe is below. 

 RE

  In RE this week we will be beginning to think about the Christmas story. Out RE question for this term is 'Has Christmas lost it's true meaning?' Last week we watched a version of the nativity to refresh our memories of the story of Christmas. Take a look at the videos below to watch a version of the nativity story.

  Have a think about what three things you are grateful for this week. 

This week Mrs Appleton is grateful for: 

 Hearing her baby's heartbeat,

 The way the children in Blue Class have been so positive this week,

 My husband buying us profiteroles for pudding - Yum!

  Have a think about what things we can do to be kind to each other, both at home and in school. Can you do any of these kind things today?

  In computing we will be spending some time practising our touch typing and our TTRock stars. Take a look at the BBC touch typing game below or login to your Nessy account to have a go at touch typing. (Mrs Appleton will try to send out Nessy logins this week if possible.)
