Geography
We have completed our learning in Geography for this year. This year, you started off by learning about some of the features of a seaside town (when we visited the RNLI at Whitstable). We all enjoyed learning about the continents and oceans, especially with the help of our song! We also explored both the physical and human features of China and compared them to the UK. During lockdown, you made maps and plans of your home. Finally, we have learnt about the location/features of deserts within our world. We have learnt about the equator and also studied the weather. I hope that you have enjoyed this subject as much as I have!
Comparing People and Places: Our World
Just like how we compared Faversham with the Gobi Desert, here are some video clips where you can learn about how different lives can be in different parts of the world.
