Last week in school we made some life size knights and shields! 

We drew a knight on some paper with Mrs West and then covered them in tin foil to create a suit of armour. We also made decorative plumes for the tops of their helmets. You could use colourful feathers, fabric or tissue paper, cut in to strips to make the plumes. 

We did the same for the shields and added colourful materials and gems.

I have attached simple knight and shield templates for you to use if you want to, or you can draw your own.   

I can't wait to see them when they are finished!
