Week 5 4/10/21

This week we will be starting PE. 

Our PE day is Wednesday so please send your child to school in their PE kit for the day.

We met Mr Mullender last week, who will be working with us for PE sessions.

On Friday this week the whole school are supporting Hello Yellow Day for mental health so you can come to school wearing something yellow.

We also have a poetry workshop this week with Mrs West in the school hall to celebrate National Poetry Day. Workshops really bring learning to life and the children love taking part in these.

In Letters and Sounds we will be practicing how to use sound buttons to say the sounds to read a word.

In Maths this week we will be using objects and 5 frames to check we fully understand how to put the right number of objects onto a 5 frame. We will be practicing counting accurately, moving the objects as we count so that we don`t make silly mistakes.
