I hope you all managed to keep active during half term.
YOGA
Here is a 20 minute Yoga video to help with your mobility and flexibility.
You need to find a mat/towel and a couple of cushions. Then find a quiet place to do this session.
If you can, try and do this session twice this week.
RUNNING
I am very aware that we lost nearly a week of running due to snow. Therefore I would like you to continue with our running plan for the final week of last term. ( I have attached this below)
Again, If you can try and do this twice this week it will really benefit you!
