  • Bug Hotel Workshop

    Fri 25 Apr 2025

Today we had some special visitors from Amey/Kent Highways.  They delivered an Assembly about Biodiversity and showed us how we could make Bug Hotels.   Year R enjoyed a Bug Pot workshop where they all filled two Bug Pots.   After this, all of the children in Years 1 and  2 helped to construct our new Bug Hotel which will be located in the KS1 Outdoor Area.  A huge thank you to Mel, Lloyd, Rumen, Barry the Bug Man and Mrs Kelleher for making this happen.  Year 2 have also been busy planting seeds for our outdoor area and we can wait to plant them on and watch them grow!
