Community links

At Ethelbert Road we currently have great links with the local Church of England Faversham Benefice. We have had a number of workshops and assemblies at our local churches, hosted by their team, which have been greatly enjoyed by the children.

  Our children are also lucky to enjoy visits to the following welcoming places of worship:

   Year 1 and 4 visit Thanet district Reform Synagogue.

   Year 2 and 5 visit Canterbury Mosque.

   Year 6 visit Gravesend Gurdwara.

We look forward to continuing to build our links with these places of worship.

   Years 5 and 6 have also had a visit from a humanist speaker in school.

  We are always looking to build links with local faith or world view communities, and would love to hear from you if you are able to help us build these important links to support our children's knowledge and understanding of a variety of religions and world views.
