¡Feliz año nuevo! Happy New Year!  Can you remember how New Year is celebrated in Spain?

This term we will be learning how to talk about school subjects - las asignaturas. We will compose sentences that express our opinions of school subjects and read some texts, working on our reading comprehension and translation skills.

¿Cuál es tu asignatura favorita? - What's your favourite subject?

Practise expressing opinions with this fun song. I wonder if you could go one step further and add on reasons WHY a subject is your favourite? Something like... "¡Me encanta el español porque es fantástico!" ;-)
