This term we will look at some key verbs in the present tense.  We will have a go at conjugating some 'ar' verbs like "cantar", "bailar" and "trabajar".  These verbs all follow the same pattern so we can easily adapt them depending on who is doing the action.

We'll also be investigating some traditional Hispanic festivals such as Las Fallas, in Valencia, Spain (where our penpals are from!).

    Las Fallas De Valencia

The annual Las Fallas festival in Valencia, Spain, heralds the arrival of spring. Since 2016, it has been included on UNESCO's List of Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity. Thousands of people gather in the streets. The main attraction are the papier-mâché figures (some more than 20 meters high), which are called Fallas.
