Pupil leadership teams are a vital part of school life at Ethelbert Road Primary School. Through leadership roles, our pupils gain a variety of key skills, including leadership, teamwork, community, problem solving, listening, speaking, positivity, creativity, emotional intelligence and setting high expectations. 

Working in a pupil leadership team also promotes the British Values within the pupil’s everyday lives: Democracy, the Rule of Law, Individual Liberty and Mutual Respect and Tolerance.
