Please watch the video below of a very inspirational lady called Katie Piper. She tells us all about how to send happy thoughts all through our body and improve our mental well-being.

I’d like you to create your own ‘Gratitude Journal’ to document all the things that you are your family are grateful for - this could be a book, bag or a jar like the Piper family.

 

I’d also love it if you could take Katie’s advice and try to tell yourself one positive affirmation (a good thing about you) each day. If you find it tricky to say this out loud to yourself, you could write it down and put it in a box or something else.
