This week the three things I am thankful for this week are:
- That I have had lots of emails from children in Blue Class.
- That I have been able to read one of my favourite books from when I was a child.
- That my fiancé has cooked me dinner a few times this week.
30 days kindness challenges
This week we are going to focus on days 2, 3 and 4 of the kindness challenge.
I have uploaded a net to make a box for day 2 if you need it, or you could use a jar, a shoebox or any other container you have around the house. You could decorate your box if you want. I’ve uploaded some pictures to give you some inspiration.
You could also write down the kind things that have happened to you so you can remember them if you would like. I find this sort of thing is something really helpful to look at when I’m feeling sad as it reminds me of good things that have happened to me.
If you don’t have anyone to write to on day 4 you can write a letter to a stranger and email it to me and I will send it to someone who is lonely – just make sure you don’t write your surname or where you live on your letter if you are doing this.
