I would like you to write a letter to yourself that you will open in 6 months time when hopefully our lives will be back to normal.
Write about how you have felt and what you have missed. You could also remind yourself of things, that when our lives are going along normally, we need to be grateful for. Maybe, you could tell yourself about things we should not moan about or take for granted having lived through this very different time.
I would really love to see some of these, but dont send me the originals, just a copy as I would like you to put yours somewhere safe and then set a reminder to open your letter in November.
