  Last week I set you a challenge, this is to continue for the next 3 weeks. Last week you should have timed yourself running a kilometre. If you haven’t you could do so this week and then practise over the next 2 weeks? At the end of the 3 weeks (which began last week) can you time yourself again and see if you have managed to get quicker?

  The links for cosmic kids’ yoga and Joe Wicks are also below as usual. Joe Wicks’ PE lessons will now only be shown live on Monday, Wednesday and Saturday, however there are lots of episodes over the last few weeks that you could do again on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays.
