Patterning

This term we will be learning to write letters in joined up handwriting. We will learn two or three letters each week. We will start by forming each letter on its own and then towards the end of the week we will be joining the letters together. To begin with today, we will start with the easiest letter: l. Watch this video to see how to form the letter correctly:

Using some paper and a selection of pens that you have at home, write the letter l lots of times. Remember to always start at the bottom when writing the letter in this cursive font. Below is a photo to give you the idea.
