Previous week's learning (8th - 12th)
Hi Blue Class,
I hope you are all doing well and enjoying our new topics! I have so many ideas that I can’t wait to share with you for your learning this term!
This week I have read you the start of a book about a midsummer night’s dream and uploaded pictures of the pages do you can follow along if you want! My dad bought this book for me after seeing the play when I was a child so it’s extra special to me! Also, the pictures are utterly beautiful!
I have put up lots of work for you again this week – remember that I don’t expect you to complete it all just have a look and see what you think will be interesting. Maybe have a try of a subject you haven’t looked at for a while or try a challenge or extension if you want to give yourself a challenge or do something a bit different this week. Or, if there is something else you would like to learn about you could do that – someone sent me a great picture this week based on art work by an artist I don’t know about and someone else taught me about a part of a plant I hadn’t heard of!
I have loved the emails you have sent me this week with some of your fantastic work. Head over to our gallery page to read a brilliant story, see some beautiful art and science work and read a great description of an enchanted forest, among other things!
It has been very weird to be in school but not teaching you all this week! I have missed you all, so thank you for all the emails!
If you want to show me your work, ask a question or just say hi, you can email Mrs Kirkbride on email@example.com and put Miss Tucker in the subject line. I will try to reply to you all as soon as I can!
