Fundrasing

Our Fundraising Group is an important part of Ethelbert Road Primary School and the community. They help to raise essential funds and organise and run events for all of the children in our school. School events such as, Film Nights, Christmas and Summer Fayres, The Children's Christmas Shop, Dinner and Dance, workshops and whole school visitors would not be possible without the support of our Fundraising Group members.

The funds we raise this year will go towards;

  • Improving our outdoor play spaces
  • The 'Arty Shed' project
  • Leavers' Year Books
  • The Outdoor Classroom
  • Laptops for the children (if we raise enough!)
  • The upkeep of the mini buses
  • Class workshops and whole school visitors to enhance the curriculum
  • And much more……..

If you can help the Fundraising Group in anyway please contact Miss Tracey Hills in the office.  You do not need to commit to every meeting or event; even if you could help at just one or two events in a year it would be greatly appreciated.

Christmas Shopping Evening

Ethelbert Road Primary school held their Christmas Shopping Evening on Wednesday 21.11.2019 and it was a huge success. We would like to thank Laura Port for organising this amazing event and giving up her time to support the school's fundraising. We would also like to thank the stall holders, visitors, staff and parents for supporting this event.

Donation of laptops and monitors

We would like to say a big thank you to RHL Recruitment, a technical recruitment consultancy in Ashford, for the donation of laptops and monitors. These laptops and monitors will be used to support our children's learning and replace some very old and broken ones we have.
